Dear Parents and/or Guardians,
Promotional Ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Emge Jr. High Gymnasium today, Friday, May 19, 2023.
A few important reminders about promotion tonight:
ALL guests must have a ticket to enter the gym. Due to the last minute change in the location of promotion, there will not be enough seats for all guests. There will be standing room only in the back of the gymnasium.
Please keep balloons, air horns and other noise makers at home. They will not be allowed inside of the gymnasium. Also, please remember, students will be recognized by rows – not individually called on to the stage.
Doors open at 5:15. Between 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. our 8th graders will be free to take photos with family and friends. Only those with a ticket will be permitted to enter.
If your child purchased an 8th grade sash, please make sure they wear it to promotion. Dressy casual is recommended for promotion. Please make sure your child is dressed in school appropriate attire.
Thank you,
Mrs. Kraemer
