Ms. Davinroy's 4th grade had a blast setting off their volcanos!




Ms. Marsh’s class played a fun game of “spoons” by learning how to compile a 4 of a kind with plot structure!!



It was volcano day in the 4th grade! We are so proud of all of the hard work the students put into their projects, and we had a blast erupting them all! 🌋🤩




This week our 6th grade Literacy Lab group read a story titled Delectable Insects. The book celebrates cultures who dine on insects and arthropods. We tested our bravery with cricket suckers! No worries, permission slips were filled out before suckers were eaten!
Our Varsity Girls' Basketball team will be competing in and hosting a night of the Hoops 4 Hope basketball tournament. All of the proceeds for the shirts and ribbons sold will go to Breast Cancer Research. Your shirt order would be greatly appreciated to the countless number of people that are currently battling, surviving, or beating this terrible disease. Here is the link to order the shirts. The link will expire Oct. 9th, in order for shirts to get processed and delivered before the tournament begins.

Mrs. Sutton’s Class 1st grade, earned an ice cream/movie
party for earning ten compliments from adults in our school. The could
not ask for them. They had to show kindness, manners and good
character at all times. So proud!




Ms. Bernhardt's class loved learning about triple digit addition by using dry erase markers on their desk!

Ms. Rueter and Ms. Belleville’s class tried their hand at building “jell-o earthquake” safe structures during the seismic shakedown experiment this afternoon!

Miss Johnson and O’Neill’s class practiced their even and odd number skills by having a number scavenger hunt. They finished their math lesson with an even and odd sorting activity.

Ms. Pappert’s class practicing their vocabulary words by playing a matching game!




Mr. Chavez's science class finished our week's activities early so we played Pictionary to end class today.




Winter Soccer Program

Ms. Marsh's 6th grade class had a fun week of reviewing punctuation and capitalization. The students worked together to complete tasks on a game show. Their winning prize was a trip to RIO DE JANEIRO. They each got their own boarding pass and traveled to Brazil, where they had to complete a correctly written itinerary for each location they visited.




Miss Clinard’s second grade class has been practicing skip counting all week. They worked in groups to skip count by 10s, 5s and 2s! Everyone leveled up and beat the challenge!
