Emge Bowling tournament
Ellis students handmade Valentines to spread some cheer to the local Nursing Homes and Senior Housing Communities through Home Instead.
The Kindergarten classes at Ellis had a Q & U wedding! We had a little ceremony in the Gym and then a reception party in the classrooms.
Ellis bus riders, the following buses are running 20-40 minutes behind:

Due to the weather conditions all after-school extracurricular activities & this evening’s musical performance will be CANCELED. The schools will follow its regular dismissal schedule. Bus drivers will ensure students arrive home safely, this may cause minor delays in drop off times. As a reminder, parents always have the ability to pick their child up at their discretion at any point in the school day.
Ellis students are busy celebrating the achievements by African Americans while also recognizing their central role in our U.S. History!

Facebook-Coding club has learned the coding program Tinkercad. Now the fun begins, we take that knowledge and start using our MakerBot 3D printers and see our designs come to life!
Today EMGE student council delivered paper flowers to the residents of Bria of Belleville nursing home for Valentine’s Day! It’s safe to say the residents put a smile on our face and we put a big smile on their faces! 💐❤️💐

Mrs. Sutton’s class learned about Ruby Bridges this week! They wrote all the facts they learned about her. They were proud of her bravery, and want to make the world better just like Ruby Bridges! You are looking at some future leaders!
A BIG thank you to our fifth grade Harmony friends who came to play Valentine Vocabulary Bingo with our first graders. They also brought our Ellis kiddos a book as a gift! What a wonderful school community we have!!♥️
