5th grade loved hearing about a variety of careers from the awesome adults in our community during Career Week. Thank you so much to those that participated!
5th grade attended an awesome presentation from Ameren. We learned how to be energy efficient, participated in great demonstrations, and got materials to take home to help continue to learn about and be efficient.
Today Collins’ kindergarten class learned sequence of events through the process of baking bread. Students read a book about bread, how to make dough, and how to bake bread. Students even got to make dough, learned the different types of flour, and even tasted several types of store bought bread.

We have several important updates to share. Christine Impastato, President of our PTO, has decided to step down from the board. We are grateful for all of her hard work over the past few years and wish her the very best!
In the interim, Laura Shelton will be assuming the responsibilities of PTO President. We are currently accepting nominations via email to pto@harmony175.org for the offices of Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Parliamentarian. Further nominations may be made from the floor at our next meeting on Monday, March 31, 6-7pm in the Emge cafeteria. The slate will be voted on at that meeting and installed at the April meeting.
