Superintendent’s Message
Welcome to the Harmony-Emge School District, home of the Road Runners and the Eagles.
As your partner, I share your deep commitment to ensuring your child and every learner is inspired, challenged, and engaged in a vibrant educational journey with the Harmony-Emge School District each and every day. Effective instruction for all students will require an unwavering focus and a commitment to working together in order to increase student performance. In partnership, Harmony-Emge teachers, administrators, staff and our families can create that educational journey by nurturing and inspiring each child in our district toward their journey to fulfilling his or her dream.
We know that we face many challenges however, we look to those challenges as opportunities and we are willing to accept and embrace those opportunities. Safety, discipline, and a challenging educational environment guide us while technology extends and enriches our vision beyond our boundaries. An enhanced communication support system supports the global education necessary for our students’ success and is essential for today’s youth.
We are fortunate to have a community and a Board of Education that strongly support both Ellis and Emge School. We are also fortunate to have highly qualified teachers who care a great deal for our children. The contributions of community members, parents, students, professional staff, service personnel, and administrators are essential to the education of our youth. Thank you for your support.
